GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION 

Sri Lanka, called the pearl of the Indian Ocean, blessed with 1340km long coastline, the twenty-fifth largest island of the world by area. Surrounded by the tropical Indian Ocean, the warmest Ocean in the world, The Indian Ocean stays pretty warm all around the year. The warm waters help to foster marine life so that abundant harvest is able to power such a giant industry throughout the year. Warm and deep water fish is best in taste is a Folklore of seafood lovers.

CAPACITY

The complete project is 55,000 Sq feet with the capacity of 1800T production per month. 300,000 kg cold storage facility and one time 13,000kg blast freezer facility.

TRANSPORTATION

Company owned truck fleet consists of more than 50 freezer trucks, Prime movers and trailers. Transportation within our controls supports implementing prescribed food safety concerns over raw material and processed food transport. 

IN HOUSE LABORATORY FACILITY.

In house Laboratory Consist of internationally accredited branded equipment and qualified lab technicians certifies the accuracy of laboratory process. Every single fish tested in house to ensure mercury and histamine are tested as per HACCP standard.

ECOLAB , Netherland. Foam cleaning system covering the entire production area.
Europe made HYGIENE ENTRANCE AND EXIT STATIONS cleanses hands and complete boot. 
Blitzer, Germany. Cold storage, Flake Ice plant and blast freezer machinery for maximum consistency of cold chain process.

100% Sterile food processing: elaborate measures timely implemented to ensure sterile areas are always maintained to match any best prescribed food safety system in the world, plant workers are entered through automated boot sole, hand wash and sanitizer spray system and thereafter through jet air shower, even at the exit FULLY AUTOMATED BOOT SANITISATION unit cleanses the complete boot to ensure processing plant’s objects are not carried out. 
Regular employee’s health test, training pertaining to food safety and hygiene and participation of every single employee in the process of food safety.
